  • 4 slots 90 degrees apart in line with the 5/16 reamed holes, mounting is easily accomplished with standard t-nuts and screws
  • Housing: 4140 heat -treated to 30 Rockwell and finished with electroless nickel
  • Drawbar: 4330 (Aircraft quality) ground and polished heat treated to 30 Rockwell and finished with chrome plating

AAQC-6 & AAQC-8

  • Face-plates: 5.937” or 6.437” round surface with 5/16 I.D. bushings located 2 ½” and 4” apart and a pull stud system through the middle. Indexer is required to have a through hole with a 1-1/4” minimum through hole
  • 4140 heat treated to 30 Rockwell
  • Drawbar bushing: EMCO
  • Pistons: 6061 aluminum hard anodized
  • Die springs: 3EA heat treated
  • .313 bushings: D2 tool steel heat-treated to 60 Rockwell
  • Drawbar: 4330 (Aircraft quality) ground and polished heat treated to 30 Rockwell and finished with chrome plating
  • Jaws: 4330 (Aircraft quality) heat treated and finished with black oxide


Repeatability within each or between the different units: +/- .0002” or better precision: .0001” per 2” depending on the precision with which the fixture is made max load: 100 lbs tested and approved indexing precision: equivalent to fourth axis or indexer
